A: SyncVentory aggregates all matching Delivery Challans for that date, multiplies quantity × unitCost across all individual line items, and computes both the day's combined financial total and total physical count.
Q: What happens if a line item does not have a recorded unit cost?
A: The system automatically looks up the item's baseline unit cost in the master inventory catalog. If neither has a recorded price, the unit cost defaults safely to 0 to prevent NaN calculation errors.
